PAM 2009 Spring/Summer “High Summer Injection” Collection

For the second time this month nike is coming with a totally fuck up remake of a old sneaker, the last time the (ab)used the 90's and this time the classic air max 1 get his turn,
I mean what was wrong with the old air max 1?, but Dam'n this one looks fucked up ! Tip: Leave the old ones alone and make new stuff or other colorways !

Debuting back in 1989, the performance-centric New Balance 577 celebrates the big 2-0 this year. The at the time technical runner has undoubtedly aged gracefully with some trademark simplicity from the New Balance team seen here. The overall profile to us symbolizes a middle ground between the chunky 576 and the slim 1500 as the 577’s slim toebox meets a chunkier disposition at the laces and heel areas.

Nine years after opening its doors in Paris, sneaker store Oqium (also known as Opium) has expanded its concept into Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Besides being one of Europe’s leading exclusive sneaker store, Oqium’s philosophy is inseparable of being a museum of sneakers too; several rare species of Original and Limited Edition Nikes as well as Air Jordans are displayed in the store which is set up in a boutique style. We really like the application of wood on the exterior and the all around clean setup of the store.

Nike Air Force 1 MX iD “All Grey” Colorway

Having previously only showcased them as eye candy within their iD Design Studios, Nike has finally decided to release a limited run of their All Grey Air Force 1 MX. The sneakers, done up in a Grey Lux colorway, will only see a production run of 105 pairs, with 35 being sold to the public. Three locations will be splitting up the release later this month, including the Nike iD Studio in London, 21 Mercer Street (NYC), and AF1 Republic in Tokyo. Stay tuned for further details.

Mackdaddy x Andsuns New Era Cap

Japanese labels Mackdaddy and Andsuns got together to collaborate on a New Era Cap. The cap comes in two colorways, black and purple, and features large embroideries on the front and on the side-panels. Since they kept the embroideries tonal, they do not come off too strong.
